A 25-hectare estate with a ruin to be rebuilt, in the interior of the municipality of Santiago do Cacém, on the Alentejo Coast.
According to the PIP, the construction of a new building for a farmer's residence is permitted, with a maximum area of 500 m2; buildings supporting agricultural and forestry activities, with a maximum construction area of 2,562.50 m2; and rural hotel projects are permitted with a maximum construction area of 6,000 m2 in rural tourism developments.
Here, 500 pine trees have already been planted—a new forest that grows slowly, promising shade, life, and beauty for generations to come. The cork oak forest adds history and nobility to the land, with its ancient and sustainable rhythm.
The land offers a view that invites relaxation and the creation of new projects. There is also a ruin with a soul, waiting to be reborn.
And all this, just 30 minutes from the magnificent beaches of the Alentejo Coast, where sea and land meet in perfect harmony.
If you feel this estate could be yours, come and see it. It's waiting for you!
